The Souleil Group
The Souleil Methodâ„¢ Unlock. Unleash.
Souleil (Soul-lay) is the blending of
Soul: the spiritual part of a person, regarded as immortal
and
Soleil: The French word for "sun"
Many career situations prompt us to Unlock and Unleash. We could feel stuck or be in a toxic work environment. We can have a fantastic new professional opportunity about which we should be excited, and we are actually experiencing fear, anxiety, and doubt. Or everything could be fine at work and home, and we are in place to contemplate, "What is next? What am I meant to do?" With the guide of a coach The Souleil Methodâ„¢ is designed to unlock what is inside of you so you can unleash your light in the world.
Life Inventory
As an Integral Coachâ„¢ I account for the whole person. I take a detailed inventory of your whole life to understand all that you carry. We often believe we can compartmentalize ourselves at work. If you sprain your ankle, do you say, "Oh I won't bring the pain of my sprained ankle to work today. That will stay home." You don't and that is true of other aspects of your life.

Purpose and Outcomes
Coaching for the sake of what? At the beginning we define the purpose of our time spent together and the tangible outcomes that will result from it. Throughout our work we true back to these and make adjustments as life evolves.

Bespoke Coaching Program
You are one of one. The only one. An original. A masterpiece that cannot be duplicated, and neither can your coaching program. Based on your current situation, the established purpose and outcomes of our engagement, and how life unfolds, I create a bespoke coaching program that I adapt and adjust throughout our time together.

About Me
A graduate of Wellesley College and Harvard Business School, I have had a 20+ year career in Fortune 500 and private equity backed companies in healthcare, management consulting, and financial services. I led teams of operations, marketing delivery, corporate strategy, process improvement, and project management professionals. Along this journey I would have benefited from coaching earlier in my career. A recovering perfectionist who let fear stop me from making bold moves, and arrogance from asking for and receiving the help that I needed, I pursued becoming a certified Integral Coachâ„¢ through New Ventures West and earned the Associate Certified Coach Credential through the International Coaching Federation in order to be for others what I needed for myself. My belief is that each of our souls is given a unique assignment in this world. We are the ones who stand between fulfilling our mission or depriving the world of what we are uniquely called to do. My calling is helping others shine brightly so they can share their gifts.
